What is the minimum contract you take on?
There is no fixed minimum floor area. We run contracts from a single cleaner for two hours a day in a small office up to full teams across multiple floors. What matters more than size is that the scope and schedule are clearly defined — that is what makes a small contract work as reliably as a large one.
Will it be the same cleaner every day?
Yes, that is how we set it up. Consistent staff learn your building, your priorities and your access procedures, and the standard is noticeably better for it. When your regular cleaner is on leave or off sick we send cover rather than skipping the site, and the supervisor briefs them beforehand.
Can you clean outside our working hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial clients prefer it. We operate 24 hours a day, so we can work before you open, after you close, overnight or at weekends. Clinics and restaurants in particular usually want us in when they are shut.
Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes — machines, chemicals, cloths and equipment all come from us as part of the contract. Washroom consumables like soap, tissue and bin liners can either be included in the monthly price or billed separately, whichever you find easier to budget.
What happens if the standard slips?
You contact the supervisor, and the scope of work is what we both measure against — that is precisely why we put it in writing rather than agreeing a vague arrangement. If something is not being done, it gets corrected. If it keeps happening, we change the staff on your site. We would rather fix it than lose the contract.
Are your staff checked?
Our cleaners work unsupervised inside your premises, often outside business hours, so we treat this seriously and are happy to talk through our vetting and induction process before you sign anything. If your building has its own security clearance requirements, tell us before the contract starts and we will work to them.
Can you also do the deep cleaning and carpets?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper to build them into the contract than to book them separately. Periodic work like machine floor scrubbing, carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, window and glass cleaning can all be scheduled into the agreement at agreed intervals, so it happens automatically rather than only when someone notices it is overdue.
